We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and/or replacement of the memorial for breakage. (You will be required to provide photographic evidence of breakage). As you know, our infused memorials are individually handmade and unique for each customer and may have slight variations in size, color distribution, hues, bubbles (presence, location, size, or lack of), inscriptions (if applicable), and ash placement from piece to piece. However, these naturally occurring variations in color and characteristics do not constitute a defect in the quality or appearance of the product. Customers purchasing such items agree to accept these variations. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for aesthetic issues, ordering errors, or items damaged after receipt by the customer.
In the event of order cancellation before we start production of the memorial, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to your order. Additionally, if stands or cremation packages were ordered they are to returned to us, the cost of shipping the item will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be applied to your existing order and will appear on your credit card within 3-5 days of processing.
We can ship to any address in the Untied States at this time. Please Note we are currently not shipping outside of the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
IMPORTANT: Due to regulations from USPS we only currently are accepting cremated remains from within the United States. The USPS does offer a cremation package to transport your loved ones. They are marked and receive extra care during transport and come with tracking information via Express Mail.
